Wholesale Terms

• No minimum order size ever!
• We ship by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
• Valid Credit Application must be completed and on file to receive credit terms or pay by company check.
• Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 charge.
• All orders shipped COD/MO Cash unless credit has been established.
• Payment by VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or Discover accepted in lieu of a completed Credit Application.
• International orders must pay by credit card or wire transfer.
• All backorders will be automatically shipped unless requested otherwise.
• Any problems with merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
• Prices subject to change without notice.

TAX ID NUMBER:
In order to process your wholesale order, we need to have your business tax ID number (vendors license number or similar document is fine). A copy of your resale or state tax-exempt certificate must be faxed or mailed with your first order.

RUSH ORDERS:
Although we always strive to process your order as quickly as possible, there may be times that you need us to process your order the same day. In this case, we may contact you to make special arrangements, and we will let you know if there will be an additional fee for processing your order as a "rush order". We are not always able to guarantee a specific turnaround, especially during peak seasons.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Please contact us within five business days of receipt of shipment if you receive items that have been damaged in shipping or have received any items shipped in error.

• GG ensures that all merchandise is in perfect condition when it leaves our facility and is carefully packed to avoid damage in shipment. We are not responsible for any subsequent damage. If you receive damaged goods, you must accept shipment, note evidence of damage, and file a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. GG will provide whatever information is necessary to assist you with your claim.
• Regarding our glassware, at this time, UPS does not insure glass. However, all glass orders are double-wrapped and as a result we have experienced minimal damage claims. We take great pride in our product and take extraordinary care in packing all goods shipped via UPS, especially our glassware.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS:
All merchandise shipped is considered sold and non-returnable unless authorized with an Return Authorization (R/A) number from Grateful Graphics. Exchanges or returns will be accepted within 15 days after receipt of shipment and with prior authorization. All returned merchandise must be sent freight pre-paid at the sender's expense. Authorized non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All returned merchandise must be in original purchase condition including the intact original packaging, contents, and a copy of the original packing slip or invoice issued by Grateful Graphics. We do not issue refunds but will gladly credit your account for any authorized returned merchandise.
