Q: Do I have to register and login?
A: No. You may browse our store without registering or logging in. If you select products to purchase prior to registering, we will give you an opportunity to register at checkout time. You can still choose to checkout without opening an account at that time. Wholesale customers, please register normally, then email customerservice@gratefulgraphics.com with your resale number and request to have wholesale access and you will receive a reply with your wholesale user name and password.
Q: How do I register as a wholesale customer?
A: Wholesale customers, please register normally (as above), then send an email to customerservice@gratefulgraphics.com with your resale number, username, and password with a request to change your registration to wholesale status and you will receive a reply email once your status has been changed. From this point forward every time you log on you will automatically enter the wholesale store.
Q: Why should I register?
A: We recommend that you register on our site so the next time you shop with us you won't have to re-enter information we require to complete your purchase. Registering doesn't take much time, and it will save you time in the future. Also, by registering you can choose to receive periodic notices of exciting new products. You may register now, or later on our "home" page. Registering as a wholesale account assures you receive priority notice for all sales and special events.
Q: Where do I login?
A: You can login from the home of our web site. To get to our home page, just click on the HOME icon on the left side of the screen.
Q: I forgot my user ID and/or password. What do I do?
A: Click here and place the exact email on the account in the box and click submit. Customer Service will follow up by email you with the appropriate information.
Q: How can I order?
A: Online: Enter our store by clicking on the shop icon on the left side of the page. It will take you to the shopping pages where you can simply click on the item(s) you'd like and they will be added to your cart. You will see an item detail page where you can choose the quantity desired, select any other options available, and place them in your shopping cart. Once you proceed to "Checkout" you will be taken through the order shipping and payment process. Each step is easy to understand and you can make changes or cancel the order on the final screen.

Q: How do I search for an item I want to buy?
A: On any page, look for the search area. Type in the product type, description, name or item code and press the go button. You will get a list of all items, which include some reference to the word or words entered.
Q: How much will shipping be?
A: Domestic Shipping and Handling Rates:

All International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made. Shipping costs will be provided via email confirmation once you place your order. Please contact customerservice@gratefulgraphics.com (415.648.8025) with any questions.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Sales tax will be charged only on orders shipped within the state of California. This amount will be provided to you by customer service once the order has been processed.
Q: How will I know my order has been shipped?
A: As soon as we ship your order, you will receive email notification from UPS that your package is on its way.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: This will depend on which shipping option you chose. Ground shipping takes anywhere from two to five business days from date shipped depending on where you are in the USA. Two Day takes two business days from date shipped. Next-Day Air takes one business day from date shipped. All orders for Next-Day Air and Two Day delivery must be received by 9am Pacific Standard Time in order to ship that day. Additionally, your confirmation email will include the Tracking Number for each package sent. You can use this number to track your order online at www.UPS.com to determine the exact delivery date.
Q: My package should have arrived by now but it hasn't. What should I do?
A: If your package is late in arriving you can track your order using the tracking number given or call our Customer Service department at: 415.648.8025 (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time).
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: GRATEFUL GRAPHICS will gladly exchange or refund any item within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned because an incorrect item was sent or the item was damaged will be given full credit for return shipping costs and will be re-shipped with no shipping charges added. If you would like to exchange something you purchased for other merchandise simply follow the steps below to return the item and place a new order on the site for what you'd like instead. Follow these five easy steps to return an item:

Q: Can I get a product catalog?
A: In an effort to reduce waste, GRATEFUL GRAPHICS does not offer a "hard copy" of our retail catalog. If you qualify as a GRATEFUL GRAPHICS wholesale customer and you are interested in the GRATEFUL GRAPHICS wholesale catalog, please call us at 415.648.8025 or contact customerservice@gratefulgraphics.com. For our Retail customers we keep our entire catalog available in our web store.
Q: When will I get an "out of stock" item?
A: We will notify you by email if an item you ordered is out of stock. You may choose to replace the item with another selection or delete the item from your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships, so charges for out-of-stock items will never appear on your bill. Additionally, we will notify you by email when the item is back in stock and if you so choose we will ship it out to you within two business days.
Q: Is gift-wrapping available?
A: Sorry, we do not offer gift-wrapping at this time, but we have free gift cards available in the store, and we'll print your message inside. Just make a note in the comments area.

Q: Who is this band and why do they keep following me?
A: The Grateful Dead is a cultural phenomenon. A whole community grew around their music and unique 'scene.' In fact, you could say they were the first band to have a 'scene'. At the height of their touring life it was not uncommon for a fan to travel about for business or personal reasons and find that the Grateful Dead were headed there too.
